Sacramento, California – The California International Marathon (CIM) is coming to Sacramento once again on Sunday, December 8, 2019 and Loehmann’s Plaza is one of the stops on this year’s Relay Exchange!

 

Located just after the 20 mile mark on the course, marathon participants that are running in the Relay Exchange wills top at Loehmann’s Plaza for the last leg of the relay. The shopping center has partnered with the Sacramento Running Association to award opportunities to our participating schools in the Shopping to Educate school outreach program to participate in the CIM.

 

Participating schools had the opportunity to participate in the Relay Exchange as well as bring groups of students and parents out to the CIM to cheer on runners as they pass the 21 mile mark of the marathon. We are excited for the CIM to run through Loehmann’s Plaza and hope to see members of the community supporting the participants!
